Our custom systems  fall into four categories: 

Home Theatre - with interfaces to conventional TV  & Hi-definition TV, cable & satellite receivers, etc. using multi-channel programming &  scheduling  software & hand-held controls, the capabilities are included for simultaneous viewing & program recording, editing of the recordings and transfer to, and playback from DVD & VCR. Wherever possible we select components compliant with the Media Centre version of Microsoft windows XP.

 

Video and Document Image Editing - as required for the design & compilation of multi-media features - both for home & studio creations.

These systems combine graphic & audio editing software with the components necessary for real-time content capture (from cameras, audio equipment, VCRs, etc.) with appropriate output & storage equipment (CD. DVD, analogue & digital tape)

 

Advanced Gaming - for the serious games enthusiast, we can integrate various hand & optical controls with high speed, high resolution processors, video cards & multiple monitor panels for maximum realism.  

 

Home Automation - with interfacing & control of heating & lighting, we can design for energy conservation & the introduction of alternative energy sources (solar, wind & ground thermal). The internal environment can be controlled to match local weather, time of year and time of day, and in accordance with actual occupancy. The system can also monitor for intrusion, hazards and personal safety, generating appropriate messages to emergency  and security services..

Our basic system package is still available for $400, but our recommended package has been upgraded with more memory and a DVD/CD writer to accommodate the growing demand for home uses  with digital cameras, audio/MP3 transfers, and  video as well as internet access and E-mail. This package can be provided as an upgrade/replacement for your existing home system; we will include the transfer of your current settings and files to the new disk drive.

This system may, of course, be upgraded with a number of low-cost standard options to meet your specific needs.

The system is equally suitable for both dial-up and high-speed internet access, and we can pre-configure it for either, if requested prior to installation.
