On Site Repair, Maintenance & Engineering Services
We offer call-up repair and maintenance services for
the Ottawa Valley, National Capital Region, and will support clients on-site in
all surrounding regions of eastern Ontario & west Quebec.
Clients may subscribe to regular contract support services ranging from on-site system trouble shooting,
operator assistance and preventive maintenance, to a local phone-in "hot-line" technical
information and support service for the identification of user operational and technical
problems with their computer systems.
Information profiles are maintained for each
clients' facilities to enable more timely and effective response to problems, and the
provision of individual advice and information regarding new software (and hardware)
releases from the respective vendors.

Clients may also elect for a higher level of service
whereby staff are specifically assigned to support the customization of hardware and software
packages in use at the respective clients' locations.
Our support services also provide access to our extensive hardware and software technical library
and catalogues, which include technical manuals, software device drivers &
utilities, open source software applications and many technical evaluations, product type comparison tables
and other information aids.
Additionally,
we offer engineering services for the provision & installation of site cabling &
networking facilities, including the upgrading of existing facilities and the
integration of telephone and data networking.
